These terms apply to use of the public website. Training services should be governed by a separate, reviewed service agreement covering scope, payment, cancellations, safety, and client responsibilities.
1. Acceptance
By using justapuptraining.com, you agree to these website terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Educational information only
Website content provides general education. It is not veterinary care, diagnosis, emergency guidance, legal advice, or an individualized behavior plan. Reading the website or sending an inquiry does not create a trainer-client relationship.
3. Safety and emergencies
The website is not monitored as an emergency service. If a person or animal is in immediate danger, create safe distance and barriers and contact appropriate local emergency, veterinary, or animal-control support. Do not attempt an exercise that you believe is unsafe.
4. No outcome guarantees
Animal behavior is influenced by health, learning history, environment, genetics, stress, practice, household consistency, and events outside a trainer’s control. The website does not promise a particular result, timeline, or permanent behavior change.
5. Inquiries and service availability
An inquiry is a request for information, not acceptance into a program. Availability, service area, format, suitability, pricing, travel, and professional scope must be confirmed in writing. Just A Pup Training may recommend another professional or decline a case that cannot be served safely or competently.
6. Separate service agreement
If services are offered, the client should receive a separate agreement addressing the specific program, fees, deposits, scheduling, cancellation and refund terms, safety responsibilities, communication boundaries, media consent, record handling, and limitations. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for that service.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, original illustrations, logos, design, and downloadable materials are owned by Just A Pup Training or used with permission. You may print resource pages for personal, noncommercial use. You may not sell, republish, remove branding from, or create commercial derivatives of the materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive content, harvest contact information, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
9. Affiliate recommendations and external purchases
Some product links are affiliate links. Just A Pup Training may receive compensation when a qualifying purchase follows one of those links, at no additional cost to the visitor. Product inclusion is an editorial decision and is not a promise that an item is appropriate for every dog.
Retail products are sold, priced, fulfilled, warranted, returned, and supported by the external retailer—not by Just A Pup Training. Product information can change after it is synchronized. Check the retailer’s current page, sizing guidance, ingredients, warnings, return policy, and availability before purchasing or using a product.
